It's gotta be getting close...?

So, yes - it's been a LONG time since I've posted anything. Honestly, there hasn't really been any happenings. But, here we are, about 2 weeks from "D-Day" and I'm getting so excited I almost can't stand it. I should say I'm so excited I almost peed my pants...but I don't want to have that a reality. (Ladies, if you've ever been pregnant, you know what I'm talking about.)

We've got the car seats in the van (thanks to Karl for the marvelous install, and for reading the manual front to back), we have the bags packed and we're ready to rock and roll at any given time. We also have a full tank of gas and an oil change...so I think we've covered our grounds.

Karl surprised me with maternity pics two weeks ago - they were really fun. So glad it was two weeks ago and not this week. I'm swollen with a capital S! I was told when you start getting "fish lips" that it's about time! My fingers, toes, ankles and anything else that bends are getting sore...so I think that mean I must be retaining H2O! Anyway, the pics turned out great - I don't have them yet, but when I do I will post.

Any way...we're almost there. Home stretch! You can count on postings when the babies arrive...as for now... we're just waiting:)
